Yuanda Plaza (Guangzhou)

Yuanda Plaza is located in the commercial core area of Conghua, with convenient transportation. The planned area of the project is about 60,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 200,000 square meters. The project is positioned to build an urban life complex in northern Guangzhou, incorporating fashionable and international elements, leading Conghua's commercial and entertainment creativity, and enhancing citizens' living tastes. The construction of Yuanda Plaza is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project has a construction area of about 80,000 square meters and a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is expected to be completed in 2017. Home textiles and other fields; the second phase of the project is scheduled to start in 2018 and is expected to be fully completed in 2020.
